A shuttle to the football game should be offered. Also, about everywhere we stay offers a continental breakfast and for the price of the room, should be included.

The staff members were exceptionally attentive and excellent. They helped us get a shuttle to-and-from the campus. The hotel was next to other activities, many other restaurants and Columbus.

The staff is welcoming and pleasant. The Evolution queen room is bright and has a clean bathroom. They provide many types of services such as a nice bar, free Wi-Fi, and a shuttle to-and-from the campus. The location is marvelous for downtown and other locations. It is surely a peaceful and absolutely fantastic venue.

Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and up-to-date. The bed was comfortable. The fitness center had new equipment that worked well.
No assistance was offered in finding another hotel that accepts ESAs. It's sad that they chose to be jerks instead of being helpful.
